Terms and Conditions

All safaris will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit in US Dollars
Balance of safari fees are payable 90 days prior to commencement of safari
No refund on monies paid for cancellations within 180 days of commencement of safari (trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended)
Should Embrace Africa Safaris be making your flight reservation, Airfare fees will be due on booking of tickets, approximately 3-6 months prior to Safari dates
Payments may be made in US Dollar Cash, Traveler’s check, Visa/MasterCard or Bank Certified Check
Administration fees apply on all payments made by credit card and travelers cheques
Prices are current and subject to change without prior notice.

Safari fees include (unless otherwise specified):
Accommodation, meals and soft drinks (soda & bottled water) during safari period
Services of safari guide
Airport transfers from airports specified in itinerary
Laundry services when available during safari period
Road transport during safari period

Safari fees exclude (unless otherwise specified):
International & Domestic Airfares & Charter flight fees
Alcoholic drinks
Accommodation prior and post safari period
Items of a personal nature (curios, snacks, toiletries
Gratuities (lodge staff, guide, external meals, etc.)
Government tax of 14%
